Rachel served as one of the original partners and the business manager of Millefleurs in New York City from 1986 to 1993. In 1993 she moved to Rhode Island and worked as bookkeeper for a local artist. She moved to Seattle and joined Gage Design in October 1999. Rachel is very experienced in the day-to-day management of small businesses and brings a strong organizational perspective to everything she does.
